Small, quaint, working-class Campbeltown.  Home of Springbank...

Tasting as soon as we get up.

I've been loving your pictures. Keep up the reporting. Will there be a haggis in your future?

Aye, likely in the next day or two! It's been all fish for me on the coast so far. Smoked salmon and smoked hake, although tonight we went to a super Indian dive, I mean really dive, and I had maybe the best naan I've ever tasted. Everything else was OK, but the naan was unreal. In Campbeltown no less!

Excellent! I know this isn't a food blog, but you ought to post a picture of the haggis and some of the other goodies if you can.

Springbank is the one I can't wait to see a report on. Having watched Ralfy's fantastic (7-8 part) series on the distillery, I've been fascinated at learning more.

Sounds like you guys got things rolling to a great start. Have fun.........I mean work hard.

Yeah. Your posts are killing it, David.

Keep up the awesome work and bring back some fun samples for us.

If you could get some reasonably priced K&L single barrel/cask 375 ml bottles, that would also be pretty great :)
