Lingering in the Loire

I'm over again on the On the Trail blog today. Lot's of Loire Valley wine action! We're staying in Cognac tonight. I just had dinner at Giboin and put together another vintage selection as he's out of 1996 now. What we have left in stock is the end! Don't worry though—the 1997 is delicious. We had a great meal as well. Quiche Lorraine, mushroom tart, fois gras, pineau des charentes. The works.
